John C. “Jack” Felton, D.D.S.

Dr. Jack Felton is a Tiffin native, and a 1977 graduate of Columbian High School.  As a 1981 graduate of The University of Kentucky, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.  In 1985, Dr. Jack graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry before entering the United States Army to practice Dentistry from 1985 until 1990.  In 1990, Dr. Jack returned to Tiffin as a General Family Dentist, and has enjoyed providing quality dental care and educationto the Tiffin area since that time.

In order to ensure that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care, Dr. Jack Felton has furthered his dental knowledge through many diverse continuing education courses including active participation in the newest form of advanced education, a true classroom without walls, and The Black Swamp Study Club.  He currently holds memberships in the North Central Ohio Dental Society, the Ohio Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Currently, Dr. Jack resides in Tiffin with his wife, Kathy.  Mrs. Felton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Bowling Green State University, and most recently has spent several years substitute teaching in the Tiffin Calvert Catholic School system in the elementary level.  She enjoys volunteering in many Calvert Catholic School activities, namely the high school plays and assisting the elementary school children’s church choir.  She also actively manages Dr. Felton’s practice. Their oldest son, Drew, works for Heidelberg University, and is an active volunteer for Calvert Catholic Schools, where he is statistician for both the football and baseball athletic teams.  He is also the facilitator for the “Boys Club”.  Their daughter, Mary Elizabeth, is a Senior Honor Student at the University of Dayton, and is studying high school English education with a minor in Communications. She is busy with college activities and has become an enthusiastic “Flyer Faithful!”  Their youngest son, Zac, is a Freshman at The University of Dayton, and is majoring in business/finance.  He is also involved in intramural sports at UD.

Jaime Wagner

• Jaime is our Scheduling and Treatment Planning Coordinator, and has been a part of our team since the very first day Dr. Jack opened his practice.
• Jaime’s duties have included front desk, chairside and Practice Administrator.
• She has been trained by Dr. Jack to help create the blueprints needed to make beautiful smiles and  is always available to answer questions concerning your dental treatment.
• Jaime feels like family to many of the patients, as they have watched her grow from a teenager to a wife and mother.
• Jaime and her husband Eric reside in Tiffin with their three children, Olivia, Austin & Allie.

Linda Rohr

• Linda is a certified Dental Assistant with many years of experience.
• She trained at Case-Western Reserve University as an Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary.
• A Cleveland native, she moved to Tiffin in 1995 to be near her family and joined Dr. Jack’s Team in 2006.
• Linda’s expertise and experience provides her with the skills necessary to perform above and beyond her duties.
• Besides dentistry, Linda enjoys gardening, computers and her dog, Kuma.

Allison Colman

• Allison is a Registered Dental Hygienist.
• She received her dental hygiene degree from The Ohio State University.
• She provides periodontal therapy and individualized oral hygiene education.
• Certified in administration of arestin and antimicrobial agents for periodontal therapy.
• She always has a kind and understanding attitude with her patients.
• Allie and her husband, Brock, live outside Findlay with their two sons, Blaine & Chance.
• She enjoys being outside, farming and of course, cheering on the Buckeyes!

Windy Elchert

• Windy is a Registered Dental Hygienist.
• She received her dental hygiene degree from Owen Community College.
• Windy provides periodontal therapy and individualized oral hygiene education.
• She is eager to help educate her patient in the best approach to good dental health
• Windy and her husband, Norm, live outside of Bascom with their sons Nicholas and Reed.
• She enjoys gardening and yes, Windy is a Buckeye Fan!.

Leslie Berlekamp

• Dental Assistant
• Trained at Toledo Dental Academy 2010
• Lives in Fostoria with fiancé, Josh and has five children between them. Carson, Collin, Major, Shantel and Hunter.
• Leslie enjoys rollerblading, bike riding going to their cottage and being a part of the kids’ school activities.
• She is eager to learn all there is to know in the dental office.

Deanna Whiteman
Front Desk
• Dee Dee Biddle Whiteman graduated from Calvert High School in 1985.
• She started her dental career in 1992, working for David Drake @ Drake Orthodontics.
• In 1996 she moved to Orlando FL, where she received her certifications in radiography & orthodontics.
• Deanna married Scott Whiteman in 1998. They have three children…Christopher, Jason & Ruby.
• The Whiteman family retuned back their home town in July of 2010 & joined Dr Jack’s team in Feb of 2011.
• Deanna works at the front desk assisting in scheduling, insurance & accounts receivable.
• Deanna looks forward to working with you to make your dental visits both enjoyable & making you feel welcomed & glad to be with the Dr. Jacks team!
• Hobbies include ridding her Harley Springer Motorcycle, cooking, wine tasting, any activity outdoors. She takes pride in being a mother & housewife.
